Ole Laurits Nilsen ^{1 2}

  General Notes:

For some years from about 1905 Ole lived on the Brønn (u. Øvre Rud) farm in Askim. In 1910 Ole moved onto the nedre Dammen (u. Søndre Rom) farm with his wife and 6 children.

Ole had a horse and worked as a coach-master [vognmann].

  Noted events in his life were:

• He was a navvy [anleggsarbeider].

Ole married Janette Olava Andreasdatter. (Janette Olava Andreasdatter was born in 1864 and died in 1931.)

  Marriage Notes:

In the census for 1900 Ole and "Annette Andressen" lived on the Østereng farm in Askim. They had their first 4 children with them. Ole managed the farm.

They were living on the Dammen farm in October 1912. ^{2 3}
