Kirstine Dagfinnsdatter was a widow and a cottager on the Stenbølhytta farm in Askim when she died in 1826. She had a son, Hans, born ca. 1800. A note beside Kirstine states, "Ærnærer sig med haand giærnin".

The Gårdshistorie shows differing dates for her death. Her son's father is not identified.
In the census for 1801 she was 38 years old, a widow, and living on the Soelberg farm in Askim with her one year old son, Hans Vallentinsen. 3
Kristine married Valentin Olsen Langelie. (Valentin Olsen Langelie died before 1801.)
