Dorthe and Hans were married in the beginning of the 1720's and they helped Dorthe's mother with the maintenance and management of the Solberg farm in Askim.

Dorthe next married Rasmus Svendsen Eeg, son of Svend Nerisen and Anne Rasmusdatter, circa 1731. (Rasmus Svendsen Eeg was born circa 1704, died in 1763 in Solli, Askim, Østfold, Norway and was buried on 27 Nov 1763 in Askim, Østfold, Norway.)
