Ole Mathiassen Deehlend ^{1 2}

   Other names for Ole were Ole Mattisen and Ole Mathisen Toverud.

  General Notes:

Ole had owned and farmed the Dæli Nedre farm (15 lispd.) from about 1790 until 1802, when he sold it for 1099 rdl.

On 22 April 1802 Ole bought 15 lispd. in the Fossum farm in Askim from Frants Jørgensen for 1599 rdl. and owned it until 1816. In 1812 he took over the Toverud farm for 2184 rdl. He moved to Toverud in about 1817.

He had bought Dæli Nedre again in 1810 for 370 rdl. He sold it to his son, Mathis Olsen, in 1821 for 600 Spdlr.

Ole married Kari Rasmusdatter. (Kari Rasmusdatter was born circa 1769 and died on 30 Jul 1803 in Askim, Østfold, Norway.) The cause of her death was galloping tuberculosis [galopperende Tæring].

Ole next married Anne Kirstine Amundsdatter, daughter of Amund Aslaksen and Johanne Martinsdatter, in 1805. (Anne Kirstine Amundsdatter was born in 1785 in Toverud, Askim, Østfold, Norway and died in 1864.)
