  General Notes:

In the 1865 census Johanne was 22 years old and living on the Vister østre farm in Skiptvet with her two brothers, her widowed mother, and her widowed grandmother (Margrete Jensdatter, 89 years old and born in Skiptvet). The farm was owned by her brother Andreas.

Johanne married Anton Kristoffersen, son of Kristofer Andersen and Anna M. Andreasdatter. (Anton Kristoffersen was born in 1842 in Skiptvet, Østfold, Norway.)

  Marriage Notes:

In the 1900 census Anton and Johanne owned and farmed the Onstad søndre farm in Skiptvet. They had three sons with them. ¹
