Thorer next married Mari Larsdatter. (Mari Larsdatter was born circa 1766.)

Thorer was in his second marriage and Mari was in her first. They had 6 sons and a daughter with them in 1801. From the age differences it appears that the eldest four are from Thorer's first marriage but it is not clear. 1
