In the census for 1900 there was a Karen Oline Hansdatter living on the Brækka farm in Skiptvet with her parents and brother. All except Janette were born in Skiptvet. This might be Karen Brekke, mother of Ovidia Hoff:

Janette Sofie Johans., Gaardmandskone, 1857, Spydeberg;
Sigurd Ols., Søn, 1889;
Karen Oline Hansd., Datter, 1880. 2


Karen married Karl Hoff.
