Other names for Anne were Anne Ammundsdatter and Jahren. General Notes: In 1801 she appears to have been married, 22 years old, and working on the Jahren farm in Askim as a servant. Her husband was working on the Mosengen farm. 7 Medical Notes: She was 83 years old when she died. Anne married Kristoffer Larsen, son of Lars Gulbrandsen Massenghytta and Tollena Hansdatter, on 24 Nov 1800 in Askim, Østfold, Norway.1 (Kristoffer Larsen was born circa 1776 in Nordre Løken, Askim, Østfold, Norway, christened on 1 Dec 1776 in Askim, Østfold, Norway, died on 24 May 1859 in Tornerud, Askim, Østfold, Norway and was buried on 31 May 1859.) Marriage Notes: Kristoffer and Anne farmed the nordre Laholmen farm in Askim ca 1805 - 10. They were cottagers on the Tornerud farm from about 1810 until the beginning of the 1850's. |
