Henrik Nielsen was the youngest child of Niels Holmsen Schuleberg. Henrik got the deeds to both the Lille Torp and Haraldstad farms from his father on 02 September 1847 for the total of 3520 Speciedaler. Ten years later, in 1857, Henrik Nielsen sold Torp Lille for 1900 Speciedaler to Halvor Andersen Eg. In January 1858 he sold the Haraldstad farm for 7000 Speciedaler to Andreas Didriksen Opsand from Ski.
