Anund inherited the Fylpaa farm in 1834. He kept the farm until 1842, sold it and started his own ship-owning business in the town Drammen near the capital Oslo.

Aanon married Johanne Nicoline Haraldstad, daughter of Niels Holmsen Haraldstad and Anne Aslaksdatter Eidareng, on 17 Oct 1844. (Johanne Nicoline Haraldstad was born on 8 Jan 1824 in Haraldstad, Askim, Østfold, Norway, christened on 18 Jan 1824 in Askim church, Askim, Østfold, Norway and died on 16 Jul 1902.)


  Marriage Notes:

Anund and Johanne had five children. All of them took Fyllpaa as family-name according to the customs of the time.

In the census for 1865 A.M. Fylpaa and Johanne Nicoline lived in Drammen. He was 52 years old and she was 42. They had 3 sons and a daughter with them: Anders August, Halfdan, Anna Marie, and Johan Arent. 3
