I 1863 fikk pike Elen Kristiansdatter Fjellstad sønnen Vilhelm med enkemann Valentin Jensen, som trolig bodde her [Fjellstad].

  Research Notes:

In the 1865 census Elen was 44 years old and was lodging on Frydenlund in Askim with her 3 year old son. She supported herself with handiwork and spinning [spinding]. She supported her son with payments from the poverty funds [Moderen har Betaling af Fattigcassen for hans Forpleining].

Elen had a child with Valentin Jensen Gram, son of Jens Valentinsen Gram and Gunhild Halvorsdatter Tangen. (Valentin Jensen Gram was born in 1811, died on 1 Apr 1880 in Fjellstad, Askim, Østfold, Norway and was buried on 10 Apr 1880 in Askim, Østfold, Norway.)
