Andreas married Inger Maria Olsdatter, daughter of Ole Amundsen and Unknown, on 6 Jul 1860 in Askim, Østfold, Norway.1 (Inger Maria Olsdatter was born in 1833 in Spydeberg, Østfold, Norway.)
Marriage Notes:
When they married Andreas was 22 years old and Inger Maria was 27½. His father was recorded as Christian Jensen Tønder, Gudimplads. Her father was Ole Ammundsen, Hemshagen(?) i Spydeberg.
In the census for 1865 Andreas and Inger were cottagers with land on the Masengen farm in Askim. They had their 6 year old son Johan with them. 1
