Neri was the oldest son on the Østre Eek farm in Askim and lived on Bakker in Trøgstad. On 08 March 1769 Neri Svendsen Backer sold his allodial and redemption rights [odels- og innløsningsrett] to the Østre Eek farm to his brother Hans Svendsen for 299 rdl.
