Sissel next married Frans Kristensen Oraug, son of Kristen Jonsen Oraug and Anne Aslaksdatter, on 2 Nov 1775 in Askim, Østfold, Norway.¹ (Frans Kristensen Oraug was born in 1749, died on 18 Dec 1829 in Enger, Askim, Østfold, Norway and was buried on 29 Dec 1829 in Askim, Østfold, Norway.)

In the 1801 census the family is listed on the "Osang" farm in Askim. This must be Oraug. Frans and Sissel are both shown as 52 years old. Her age is probably shown incorrectly in the census given the ages of her siblings. He was in his first marriage and she in her second. Their four surviving children were with them. ^{1 4}
