   Another name for Ole was Ole Albertsen.

  General Notes:

Ole Albrektsen took over the Moseby farm in Askim in 1846 for 1300 spdl. In the beginning of the 1850's he moved to the Sulu farm. He rented and farmed Sulu until 1861, when he got the lease for Sulu from Syver Aslaksen's widow.

Ole was married with Maria Villemsdatter. In 1863 or 1864 Ole took over the søndre Rom farm (bnr. 2).

Ole married Anne Maria Villemsdatter Rom, daughter of Villem Aslaksen Gurud and Siri Halvorsdatter Rom, on 25 Nov 1847 in Askim, Østfold, Norway.1 (Anne Maria Villemsdatter Rom was born on 27 Jan 1827 in Rom søndre, Askim, Østfold, Norway, christened on 4 Feb 1827 in Askim church, Askim, Østfold, Norway, died on 15 May 1891 in Rom søndre, Askim, Østfold, Norway and was buried on 23 May 1891 in Askim, Østfold, Norway.)


  Marriage Notes:

When they married they were both 21 years old. Ole was from the Moseby farm and Anne Maria was from the søndre Rom farm in Askim. Their best men were Christian Gudim and Christen Qværne.

In the 1865 census they owned and farmed part (151a1) of the Rom søndre farm in Askim. They were both 39 years old. They had their seven sons with them. 1 3
