  Research Notes:

The source (Bind I) also states that she was 41 years old when she married Ole in December 1862. This is confirmed in her marriage record. She would then have been born in 1821 or 1822. Her year of birth is also recorded as 1823 but her baptism record confirms her birth in 1822 and baptism in 1823.

Maren married Ole Andersen Boslet, son of Anders Olsen Boslet and Maria Elisabeth Christophersdatter Holter Nedre, on 30 Dec 1862 in Askim, Østfold, Norway.1 (Ole Andersen Boslet was born on 13 Nov 1828 in Askim, Østfold, Norway and was christened on 23 Nov 1828 in Askim, Østfold, Norway.)

  Marriage Notes:

They moved to the Hauger farm in Skiptvet and then to Heiestad.

In the census for 1865 they owned and farmed the Hauger østre farm in Skiptvet. They had their son Marthin with them. 4
