Sissel married Gunder Hansen Askim Østre, son of Hans Kjellsen Hov and Ragnhild Pedersdatter Kausebøl, on 19 Oct 1786 in Askim, Østfold, Norway.1 (Gunder Hansen Askim Østre was born in 1765.)


  Marriage Notes:

When they married they were recorded as Gunder Hansen nordre Løchen og Sissil Christensdatter S. Rom.

They were living on the Askim Østre farm in 1801, and at that time had four children: Hans, Ragnhild, Christen, and Povel. They were both in their first marriage.

There is a record of the birth of Helene in 1787 to parents Gunder and Sissel Aschim. 1 4
