Halvor and Anne lived on the Tangen farm (søndre Rom) in the 1770's. He was a cottager on the øvre Sando part of the Nedre Rud farm from about 1790 until he died.

  Medical Notes:

When he died he was recorded as 49 years 3 months 1 week and 2 days old. This would make his year of birth ca 1744.


Halvor married Anne Amundsdatter on 30 Oct 1766 in Askim, Østfold, Norway.1


  Marriage Notes:

When they married they were recorded as Halvor Hansøn Erringen og Anne Amundsdatter Præstegaard.

When their daughter Gunnild was christened in 1777 they were recorded as Halvor og Anne Tangen. 1
