Siri married Lars Mathisen Onstad, son of Mathis Andersen Onstad and Kirsti Christophersdatter, on 4 Nov 1835 in Askim church, Askim, Østfold, Norway.¹ (Lars Mathisen Onstad was born on 14 Nov 1809 in Onstad, Askim, Østfold, Norway, died on 2 Mar 1872 in Onstad, Askim, Østfold, Norway and was buried on 14 Mar 1872.)

When they married Lars was 26 years old and Siri was 30. Neither was married before.

In the 1865 census they owned and farmed part (Merknad 10) of the Onstad farm in Askim. Lars was 56 and Sigri was 61 years old. They had two sons with them: Theodor (28) and Carl (17). There was also a servant there, Johanne Larsdatter (23 and born in Askim). ^{1 4}
