  General Notes:

In the census for 1801 Anders was 34 years old, unmarried, and living as a servant on the Onstad farm in Askim. He was also a carpenter [snedker].

On 17 October 1804 Anders bought a part of the Hobøl farm in Askim from Gunder Gulbrandsen. On 01 June 1822 he bought another part from Iver Rolvsen Kolstad.

Anders was 66 years old when he died in 1833.


Anders married Marthe Hansdatter Catheralen, daughter of Hans Eriksen Eik and Ragnhild Rasmusdatter Gjellestad, on 7 Jan 1808 in Askim, Østfold, Norway.1 (Marthe Hansdatter Catheralen was born in 1778 and died in 1856.)

Anders was a widower when he married Marthe.
