General Notes:
In 1768 Hans bought Del 1 of the Guderud farm in Askim for 360 rdl. In 1774 he bought Del 2 from his father for 360 rdl. He farmed the entire farm until 1790 when he sold it for 1550 rdl.
In 1801 he was a 57 year old unmarried blacksmith living on the Flatmark farm with his widowed half-brother, Amund. 3
