Another name for Jon was John Johannesen Thoneruud. General Notes: Jon took over the Måsa-plassene farm (under Søndre Rud) in Askim in 1802. He was a cottager on the Kråkerud farm in Askim from about 1805 until the beginning of the 1840's. Medical Notes: He was 86 years old when he died, a widower and a pauper [fattiglem]. Jon married Kari Amundsdatter, daughter of Amund Pedersen Radderud and Kristense Jonsdatter, on 9 Oct 1801 in Askim, Østfold, Norway.1 (Kari Amundsdatter was born in 1772, died on 16 Dec 1845 in Askim, Østfold, Norway and was buried on 23 Dec 1845.) |
