Richard married Lady Cecily Neville, daughter of Sir Ralph de Neville and Lady Joan de Beaufort, before 18 Oct 1424. (Lady Cecily Neville was born on 3 May 1415 in Raby Castle, Durham, England, died on 31 May 1495 in Berkhamsted Castle, Hertfordshire, England and was buried in Collegiate Church of Fotheringhay, Fotheringhay, Northamptonshire, England.)
