She was the daughter of William de Warenne and Joan de Vere.

Through her marriage, Alice de Warenne gained the title of Countess of Arundel in 1305.


Alice married Sir Edmund Fitzalan, son of Sir Richard Fitzalan and Alasia di Saluzzo, in 1305. (Sir Edmund Fitzalan was born on 1 May 1285 in Marlborough Castle, Marlborough, Wiltshire, England and died on 17 Nov 1326.) The cause of his death was beheaded.
