Anna married Friedrich of Baden-Durlach Zähringen, son of Karl III Wilhelm Zähringen and Magdalene Wilhelmine von Württemberg, on 3 Jul 1727. (Friedrich of Baden-Durlach Zähringen was born on 7 Oct 1703 and died on 26 Mar 1732.)
