Gertrude of Saxony ^{1 2}

She was the only child of Lothar II (III).

Gertrude married Henry IV the Proud of Brunswick, son of Henry III the Black of Bavaria and Wolfida of Saxony, on 29 May 1127. (Henry IV the Proud of Brunswick was born in 1108 and died on 20 Oct 1139.) The cause of his death was he was poisoned.
