Bona Sforza of Milan ^{1 2}

  General Notes:

In 1518 Sigismund married the niece of the Holy Roman emperor Maximilian, Bona Sforza of Milan, by whom he had one son, Sigismund II Augustus (elected co-king in 1530), and four daughters. One of them later married John III of Sweden, from whom the Vasa kings of Sweden were descended.

Bona married Sigismund I of Poland, son of Casimir IV of Poland and Elizabeth of Bohemia Habsburg, in 1518. (Sigismund I of Poland was born on 1 Jan 1467 and died on 1 Apr 1548 in Kraków, Poland.)
