Manuel married Isabella of Asturias, daughter of Ferdinand V "The Catholic" of Castile and León and Isabella I "The Catholic" of Castile, in Sep 1497-Oct 1497 in Valencia d'Alcantara. (Isabella of Asturias was born on 2 Oct 1470 in Duenas and died 23-25 Aug 1498 in Saragosa.) The cause of her death was childbirth.


Manuel next married Mary of Spain, daughter of Ferdinand V "The Catholic" of Castile and León and Isabella I "The Catholic" of Castile, on 30 Oct 1500 in Alcazar de Sal. (Mary of Spain was born on 29 Jun 1482 in Cordoba and died on 7 Mar 1517 in Lisbon, Lisboa, Portugal.)


Manuel next married Eleonore of Austria, daughter of Philip I the Handsome Habsburg and Joanna the Mad of Castile, on 16 Jul 1518. (Eleonore of Austria was born on 15 Nov 1498 and died on 25 Feb 1558.)
