(Isabella of Asturias was born on 2 Oct 1470 in Duenas and died 23-25 Aug 1498 in Saragosa.) The cause of her death was childbirth.
Manuel next married Mary of Spain, daughter of Ferdinand V "The Catholic" of Castile and León and Isabella I "The Catholic" of Castile, on 30 Oct 1500 in Alcazar de Sal. (Mary of Spain was born on 29 Jun 1482 in Cordoba and died on 7 Mar 1517 in Lisbon, Lisboa, Portugal.)
