She is the daughter of William, count of Évreux (in Normandy) and Hawisa of Échauffour.

Judith married Roger I of Sicily, son of Tancred of Hauteville and Fransenda, in 1061. (Roger I of Sicily was born in 1031 and died on 22 Jun 1101.)
