Gertrude of Flanders 2
Gertrude married Humberto III di Savoia, son of Amadeus III of Savoy and Mathilde of Vienne (Albon), in 1155.1 The marriage ended in divorce before 1162. (Humberto III di Savoia was born on 1 Aug 1136 and died on 4 Mar 1189.) Marriage Notes: Humberto divorced Gertrude and confined her. She was freed thanks to Robert, bishop of Cambrai and returned to the court of her brother, Philip of Flanders. 2 |
