Zofia married Friedrich V von Brandenburg-Ansbach, son of Albrecht III Achilles von Brandenburg and Anne von Sachsen, on 14 Feb 1479 in Frankfurt an der Oder, Brandenburg, Germany. (Friedrich V von Brandenburg-Ansbach was born on 8 May 1460 and died on 4 Apr 1536.)

  Marriage Notes:

They had seventeen children. Their eldest son Kasimir (born 1481) succeeded to Bayreuth, the second son Georg (born 1484) to Ansbach, and the third son Albrecht (born 1490) became Grand Master of the Teutonic Order and then first Duke of Prussia. Their youngest daughter Barbara (born 1495) married Georg, Landgrave of Leuchtenberg.
