General Notes:
In 1894 he moved to Kristiania.
For several years Ole worked as a navvy at Notodden. In 1912 he bought the søndre (nedre) Nygård (under søndre Løken) farm in Askim, for 4500 kr. He sold the farm for 17 500 kr to his son-in-law, Sverre Røed, in 1948. 6
Ole married Anne Marie Antonsdatter Aalberg after Oct 1913. (Anne Marie Antonsdatter Aalberg was born in 1874, died on 23 Apr 1918 in Nygaard, Askim, Østfold, Norway and was buried on 1 May 1918 in Askim, Østfold, Norway.)
Marriage Notes:
They were living on the Nygaard farm in Askim when their daughter Astrid was confirmed in October 1913. They were on Nygaard in October 1915 and in March 1918. 5 7
