In the mid-1960's Leif Torp was leasing the Onstad nordre farm in Askim from his father. He took it over in 1969.
Leif had leased the Torp farm from his parents since 1959.
Leif married Ragnhild Langsæther, daughter of Karl Langsæther and Kirsten Aamodt, in 1962. (Ragnhild Langsæther was born in 1940.)
