Margaret I of Alsace (died November 15, 1194) was countess of Flanders from 1191 to her death. She ruled with her husband, count Baldwin V, Count of Hainaut, VIII of Flanders.

Margaret married Baldwin V of Hainault, son of Baldwin IV of Hainault and Alice of Namur, in 1169. (Baldwin V of Hainault was born in 1150 and died on 17 Dec 1195.)
