Another name for Otto was Otto von Ballenstädt. Noted events in his life were: • Acceded: Count of Ballenstedt in Anhalt, 1083. • He was a Duke of Saxony from 1111 to 1112. Otto married Eilika of Saxony, daughter of Magnus of Saxony and Sophie of Hungary, in 1094.1 (Eilika of Saxony was born circa 1080 and died on 16 Jan 1142.) |
