Lina married Axel Aamodt, son of Ole Aamodt and Emilie Monsen, on 4 Apr 1905. (Axel Aamodt was born on 31 Mar 1880, died on 4 Jul 1961 and was buried in Trøgstad, Østfold, Norway.)

They were living at Trøgstad prestegaard when their son Rolf Petter was christened in April 1909 and when their daughter Lilly was christened in December 1910. They were living on the Langsrud nordre farm in Trøgstad when their son Sverre was christened in February 1913, and on the Langsrud farm when their son Arve was christened in November 1914. In May 1919, when their son Knut was christened, they were living on the Solberg farm in Trøgstad.
