She was the daughter of François de la Queuille, Seigneur de la Queuille and Anne d'Espinay.

Her last will was dated 4 December 1579.

Anne married John Stuart, son of John Stuart and Lady Elizabeth Stewart, circa 1542. (John Stuart was born circa 1519 and died on 31 May 1567.)
