In the 1865 census Knud Magnusen was 9 years old and living with his parents and siblings on their Frøse farm in Sundelven. ³

  Noted events in his life were:

• He was a primary school teacher and church singer [Folkeskolelærer. Kirkesanger] in 1900 in Vestre Toten, Oppland, Norway.

Knut married Julia Kristensdatter Hotvet, daughter of Kristen Hansen Hotvet and Karoline Jensdatter. (Julia Kristensdatter Hotvet was born in 1863 in Eidsberg, Østfold, Norway and died in 1944.)

  Marriage Notes:

In 1900 they lived on Kirkenær in Vestre Toten. They had five children with them. ²
