The census for 1900 lists her year of birth as 1839.

Inger married Hans Olsen. (Hans Olsen was born in 1829 in Eidsberg, Østfold, Norway, died on 30 Aug 1904 in Mellegård, Askim, Østfold, Norway and was buried on 7 Sep 1904.)

  Marriage Notes:

In the census for 1865 Hans and Inger Maria were cottagers with land on the Dannenæset farm in Eidsberg. They had four sons with them: Ole (8), Christian (6), Anthon (4), and Ludvig (1). They were all born in Eidsberg.

In the census for 1900 they were living on the Mellegård farm in Askim. They were fostering their daughter's daughter, Ragna Karlsdatter (born 1888 in Eidsberg). ^{1 2}
