Other names for Guro were Guro Torkilsdatter Kykkelsrud and Goro Philipsdatter. Research Notes: She was 10 years old in the census for 1801. Guro married Sven Eriksen, son of Erik Torersen and Mari Saxesdatter, on 9 May 1816 in Askim, Østfold, Norway.1 (Sven Eriksen was born circa 1785.) Marriage Notes: Sven and Guro lived on Kykkelsruddalen in Askim in 1816 and in the 1820's. |
