Marthe married Niels Hansen, son of Hans Nielsen Gabestad and Marthe Knudsdatter Hobøl, before 1791. (Niels Hansen was born in 1755 in Søndre Lunder, Askim, Østfold, Norway,2 died on 18 Mar 1829 in Lunder, Askim, Østfold, Norway and was buried on 26 Mar 1829 in Askim, Østfold, Norway.)


  Marriage Notes:

In 1801 they were on the Lunder Nordre farm in Askim. This was Niels' second marriage and Marthe's first. His 74 year old unmarried aunt, Anne Knudsdatter, was with them. 3
