Marte Jonsdatter 1
Another name for Marte was Martha Iversdatter. Marte married Jon Gudmundsen Bakker, son of Gudmund Torersen Bakker and Kirstine Jonsdatter. (Jon Gudmundsen Bakker was born in 1737 and died in 1824.) Marriage Notes: In the census for 1801 John and Martha owned and farmed the Bacher farm in Eidsberg. He was 64 years old and she was 60. They were both in their first marriage. They had 4 sons living with them: John (30), Amund (24), Gudmund (21), and Ole (17). 2 |
