Ole married Marthe Karine Christensdatter, daughter of Unknown and Dorthe Christiansdatter, in 1845. (Marthe Karine Christensdatter was born in 1821 in Høland, Akershus, Norway and died in 1875.)


  Marriage Notes:

In the census for 1865 they were cottagers with land on the Skjirfos farm in Rødenæs. They had 5 sons and 2 daughters with them. Marthe's widowed mother was also with them. 2

Ole next married Maren Larsdatter, daughter of Lars Johnsen and Helene Hansdatter Skrikerud. (Maren Larsdatter was born in 1821 and died in 1893.)
