  General Notes:

In 1911 Lars and his brothers Bernt and Jens took over their parents Grønlund farm in Askim for 5000 kr. In 1918 Busterud u. Tømmerås was bought and joined with Grønlund. The brothers sold the farm in 1924 for 17 000 kr.

In 1937 Lars Grønlund bought the Grønslett u. Fusk farm in Askim for 10 500 kr. In 1946 he sold Grønslett for 15 600 kr and bought the Haugen u. Sulerud farm in Eidsberg.


Lars married Gerda Amalie Nilsen on 18 Oct 1924 in Askim, Østfold, Norway.1 (Gerda Amalie Nilsen was born on 8 Oct 1894 in Kristiania, Norway and died in 1959.)
