General Notes:
In 1911 Bernt and his brothers Jens and Lars took over their parents Grønlund farm in Askim for 5000 kr. In 1918 Busterud u. Tømmerås was bought and joined with Grønlund. The brothers sold the farm in 1924 for 17 000 kr.
Bernt moved to Gjerstad in Skiptvet.
